Our Cacao Paste is made from the prized Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional bean, known for its fruity and floral flavors and unique to Ecuador. It is free from common allergens and GMOs. The beans are carefully selected, fermented, dried, and ground into a liquid before being cooled into a solid form for easy use.

Our Cacao is lab tested to be pure and clean, never treated with harmful chemicals. Our low temperature processing ensures maximum quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity. Our supplier follows an ongoing free education and training program to ensure the well-being of those harvesting and processing the cacao. Each batch of raw materials  is tested to ensure our high standards are met.
